New Wine on Tap Accounts

Have a new wine on tap account? Get them set-up with our empty keg collections program.

If you, or your distributor, are signed up for Free Flow's collection services, we'll need to get your account set-up for empty keg collections.

To set up a new account, please email emptykegs@freeflowwines.com with the following information:

  • Account Name & Address

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Contact Name

  • Pickup Cadence – Indicate how often pickups should occur: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or by request. Please note: “by request” pickups require a lead time of 3–5 business days.

  • Pickup Days/ Times - Example: Monday - Thursday, 10 AM-8 PM.

    • Note: exact times can't always be accommodated, but we'll do our best. Having a specified time slot and a set cadence will help ensure there are no missed pickups and minimize service interruptions. 

  • Additional Instructions - Provide any specific directions for the driver, such as “Enter through back door” or “Ask for Joe or Suzy.” This will ensure a better customer experience for the account.
