Setting Up an Account for Direct Pickups
To set up an account for direct keg pickups, please email emptykegs@freeflowwines.com with the following information:

Pickup Cadence – Indicate how often pickups should occur: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or by request. Please note: “by request” pickups require a lead time of 3–5 business days.
- Pickup Days/ Time Frames Ex: Monday - Thursday, 10 AM-8 PM. The exact time frames cannot always be accommodated, but we will do our best. Having a specified time slot and a set cadence will help ensure there are no missed pickups and minimize service interruptions.
