Empty Keg Return Guidelines (California) – For Non-FFW Direct Pickup Customers
Ensure the winery name is listed on all BOLs when using a third-party warehouse. Hourly appointments not required for keg drop-offs; please do not leave kegs unattended. All BOLs are reconciled monthly, and keg deposits are credited at month-end.
Keg Drop-Off Guidelines (Direct to Facility)
There are no hourly appointments required, however please email logistics@freeflowwines.com before at least 24 hours in advance of returning kegs to ensure accurate PO's.

When working with a third-party warehouse or coordinating keg returns, it’s important to ensure that all documentation and handling procedures are accurate and consistent.
Bill of Lading (BOL) Requirements
If you are using a third-party warehouse, the winery name must be listed on the Bill of Lading (BOL), including the Free Flow Wines (FFW) BOL.

Warehouse Processing & Deposit Credits
BOLs are reconciled at the end of each month.
Applicable keg deposits will be credited at month-end following reconciliation.
