Hybrid Customer Portal Instructions

With our Hybrid keg program,we send sanitized empty kegs to our winery partners for them to fill. The kegs are shipped back to FFW for us to manage the warehousing and fulfillment services. Perfect for Estate labels and smaller volume.

Hybrid Return Process: After filling, use these instructions to prepare for returning full kegs to FFW. 

1. Click Enter an Order (this will be done in the full-service customer profile)

2.Entering Hybrid sales orders. The only requirement is setting the distributor to "Free Flow Wines - Hybrid Keg Returns". The ship from location will automatically default to "Generic offsite winery".

3.Under the items section, indicate the final SKUs and quantities of the kegs being sent back to Free Flow Wines. The Bonded Winery Number is BW17291

4.Click Submit. You will then be redirected, and a confirmation alert will appear.

Creating a New Item for Hybrid Return:

1.Click Enter an Order (this will be done in the full service customer profile)

2. To create a new SKU click the "Create New Item" button

3. A new "Create New Item" form will pop up. If a pop-up does not appear, please make sure to allow pop-ups on this page.

4. Click "New Brand" to create a new brand name

5. Enter all required fields and click submit

6.A loading screen will appear as the item is generated in the system
