📦 Pallet & Keg Shipping Specs

Keg Configuration

• 20 kegs per pallet

• 40 kegs = 1 pallet spot (stacked 2 high)

Dimensions & Weights

• Pallet dimensions: 40” x 48” x 30” high (with kegs)

• Pallet weight: ~1,190 lbs

• Keg weight: 58 lbs full / 14 lbs empty

• Keg size: 24” tall x 9.25” wide (27” tall when tapped)

Each keg holds:

• 5.16 Gallons

• 19.5 Liters

• 660 Ounces

📋 Minimum Order Requirement

Free Flow Wines has no minimum order! (But your suppliers might — it’s always a good idea to double check.)

⏳ Keg Freshness

• Before tapping: We recommend that wine be shipped to accounts within 12–18 months.

• After tapping: Wine will stay fresh for at least 6 months after a keg has been tapped.

🔁 Returning Empty Kegs

Keep the cycle going:

1. Pick up empties when delivering full kegs to accounts.

2. Store them at your warehouse.

3. Once you’ve collected 20+ empties, contact us:

We’ll coordinate the return based on your location.
(Less than 20 kegs? Send the request anyway—we’ll do our best!)

📝 Submitting a Purchase Order (PO)

To submit a PO:

1. Send the purchase order directly to your supplier.

2. Your trucking company can arrange keg pickup at:
