40 kegs = 1 pallet spot (stacked 2 high)

📋 Minimum Order Requirement

Free Flow Wines has no minimum order! (But your suppliers might — it’s always a good idea to double check.)

⏳ Keg Freshness

Before tapping: We recommend that wine be shipped to accounts within 12–18 months. This is to keep keg inventory at healthy levels.
After tapping: Wine will stay fresh for at least 6 months after a keg has been tapped.

🔁 Returning Empty Kegs

Keep the cycle going:

Pick up empties when delivering full kegs to accounts.
Store them at your warehouse.
Once you’ve collected 20+ empties, contact us:

We’ll coordinate the return based on your location.
(Less than 20 kegs? Send the request anyway—we’ll do our best!)

📝 Submitting a Purchase Order (PO)

To submit a PO:

Send the purchase order directly to your supplier.
Your trucking company can arrange keg pickup at: Biagi Bros -NapaCA

Scheduling Instructions

All pick-ups require confirmed appointments. 24 hour lead time. The cutoff for next-day appointments is 2:00 PM.
Appointments to be scheduled via Biagi portal, https://customerportal.biagibros.com/, reach out to winecsr@biagibros.com with any portal or pickup appointment questions.

Upon arrival ALL drivers will need to provide appointment number and PO number.
